Introduction

Responsibilities
- Assist licensed pharmacists in preparing, verifying, and dispensing prescription medications to in‑patients and out‑patients.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock counts, and coordinate timely re‑ordering of medicines and medical supplies.
- Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with Indonesian health regulations, including proper handling of controlled substances and maintenance of an active STRTTK.
- Provide medication counseling and education to patients and their families, clarifying dosage, administration routes, and potential side effects.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to verify medication orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Participate in the preparation of compounding solutions, sterile preparations, and IV admixtures under pharmacist supervision.
- Conduct routine quality‑control checks on pharmacy equipment, storage conditions, and documentation to uphold safety standards.
- Support the implementation of pharmacy information systems, ensuring data entry accuracy and assisting with electronic prescription processing.
- Mentor junior pharmacy assistants and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Respond promptly to emergency medication requests, prioritizing patient safety and adherence to protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 Pharmacy; a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy is preferred.
- Age: 28 years or younger.
- Valid and active STRTTK (Surat Tanda Registrasi Tenaga Teknik Kesehatan).
- At least 0‑2 years of experience in a hospital or community pharmacy setting; fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- High level of honesty, attention to detail, quick decision‑making, and strong communication abilities.
- Demonstrated responsibility, initiative, and discipline in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
- Proficient in Indonesian language; English proficiency is a plus for handling international guidelines.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional on‑call duties.
