Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf OB – Cleaning Service to join our facilities management team. This full‑time role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff, visitors, and clients. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be expected to follow a predetermined shift schedule. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of office spaces, corridors, restrooms, and common areas using approved cleaning agents and equipment.
- Maintain floors, carpets, windows, and furniture to a spotless condition, ensuring that all surfaces meet the company’s hygiene standards.
- Monitor and restock hygiene supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Conduct periodic deep‑cleaning tasks, including carpet shampooing, floor polishing, and high‑level dusting, according to the cleaning schedule.
- Inspect work areas for safety hazards, report maintenance issues promptly, and assist in minor repairs when needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of completed tasks, incidents, and inventory levels using the company’s digital reporting system.
- Collaborate with other facility staff to coordinate special cleaning projects, events, or emergency response situations.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal.
- Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities for process improvement, such as more efficient cleaning routes or eco‑friendly product alternatives.
Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Maximum age: 35 years
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in office cleaning or OB (Office Boy) services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Core traits: Discipline, honesty, strong work ethic, and a high level of initiative.
- Health: Must be physically and mentally healthy, with a recent medical clearance.
- Documentation: Complete CV, photocopy of diploma, clear criminal record (SKCK), copy of family card (KK), and identity card (KTP).
- Availability to attend a scheduled interview and to work the assigned shift.
