Introduction
We are seeking a passionate Barista Profesional Penyaji Kopi Spesial to join our vibrant coffee shop in Kedai. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who love the aroma of freshly roasted beans, enjoy creating memorable coffee experiences, and thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. The successful candidate will work six days a week, providing top‑notch service from early morning until the evening rush.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of specialty coffee beverages, ensuring consistency, flavor balance, and presentation standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other barista equipment, performing routine cleaning and minor troubleshooting.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables, placing orders as needed to avoid stockouts.
- Engage with customers, offering recommendations, answering questions about bean origins, brewing methods, and tasting notes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work station that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in training new staff members on drink preparation, customer service protocols, and cash handling procedures.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process digital payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Ensure the shop adheres to nightly security procedures, locking up equipment and securing the premises after closing.
- Participate in regular coffee tasting sessions (cuppings) to deepen product knowledge and support menu development.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Quick, agile, and able to work efficiently during peak hours.
