Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable assistance throughout their visit.
- Process pawn‑shop transactions in strict accordance with company SOPs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle payments, settlements, and loan repayments, clearly explaining each step to clients.
- Educate customers on the terms and conditions of collateralized sales, including repayment schedules and item retrieval procedures.
- Maintain an organized and tidy sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and inventory is accurately recorded.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare daily reports, update customer records, and present sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the security and finance teams to verify documentation, including active SKCK (police clearance) records.
- Demonstrate strong time‑management skills by completing transactions promptly while maintaining a high level of precision.
- Adapt quickly to changes in product lines, promotional campaigns, and seasonal sales targets.
- Provide after‑sales support, following up on pending payments and addressing any customer concerns with professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (including Paket C certification).
- Age: Up to 29 years and 11 months.
- Height: at least 150 cm for women and 155 cm for men, with proportional body weight.
- Professional appearance: neat, well‑groomed, and presentable at all times.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Active SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian) required.
- Personal attributes: detail‑oriented, diligent, resilient, honest, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willingness to accept placement outside the current domicile.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer‑service mindset and a passion for sales.
