Introduction
RSU Raffa Majenang, a leading private hospital in Cilacap, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Professional Midwife (Bidan) to join our dedicated maternal‑health team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive antenatal care, including health assessments, counseling on nutrition, and preparation for labor.
- Conduct normal deliveries, monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, and manage any complications in coordination with obstetricians.
- Perform postpartum care, ensuring mothers recover safely and receive guidance on breastfeeding, infant care, and family planning.
- Maintain accurate medical records, update patient charts, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and national health regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—physicians, nurses, nutritionists, and laboratory staff—to develop individualized care plans.
- Participate in community outreach programs, health education workshops, and prenatal classes to promote maternal health awareness.
- Assist in emergency situations, such as obstetric hemorrhage or neonatal resuscitation, following established emergency response procedures.
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, certification courses, and peer‑review sessions.
- Adhere to infection‑control standards, ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, and manage inventory of essential supplies.
- Work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, to provide 24‑hour coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Midwifery, Nursing, or a related health field; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates may apply for entry‑level support roles.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) for midwifery or other relevant health professions.
- At least 0–2 years of experience in a hospital or accredited health‑care facility; fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior positions.
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a reputation for honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
- Physical and mental fitness to handle demanding clinical situations and shift work.
- Willingness to be placed at RSU Raffa Majenang, Cilacap, with a full‑time schedule (Monday–Saturday, 08:00–17:00).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for patient documentation and data entry.
