We are seeking a dedicated Bidang Terampil dengan Pengalaman Layanan Kesehatan Ibu to join our growing maternal‑health team in Kediri. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, shift‑based environment, collaborating with obstetricians, nurses, and community health workers to ensure safe deliveries and comprehensive post‑natal support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct prenatal assessments, including routine physical examinations, risk screening, and health education for expectant mothers.
- Provide skilled assistance during labor, delivery, and immediate post‑partum periods, following best‑practice protocols and respecting patients’ religious and cultural preferences.
- Administer immunizations, iron supplementation, and other preventive measures in accordance with national health guidelines.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.
- Coordinate referrals to obstetricians, pediatricians, or specialized services when complications arise.
- Lead group counseling sessions on topics such as nutrition, breastfeeding, family planning, and newborn care.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote maternal health awareness in rural and underserved areas of Kediri.
- Maintain and sterilize medical equipment, adhering to infection‑control standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with evolving midwifery practices.
- Support the shift handover process, communicating critical information to ensure seamless patient care across all working hours.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per local regulatory guidelines) and open to all genders where permissible.
- Religion: Islam, with respect for the cultural context of the service area.
- Age: Maximum 30 years old.
- Education: Minimum DIII in Midwifery (Kebidanan) – D3/D4 equivalent acceptable.
- Professional License: Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) for midwives.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in maternal‑health services; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Residency: Preference given to candidates residing in the Kediri regency (Karesidenan Kediri) to facilitate community outreach.
- Work Schedule: Willingness to work a rotating shift system, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Core Skills: Strong communication, empathy, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in basic health‑information systems.
- Additional Assets: Training in emergency obstetric care, neonatal resuscitation, or family planning counseling.
