Responsibilities

- Support the assembly and plating of dishes during peak service periods, adhering to recipe specifications and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels of staple items, report low stock, and help with basic receiving and storage procedures.
- Operate and safely handle kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors under supervision.
- Assist in the proper labeling and rotation of perishable goods to minimize waste and ensure food safety.
- Participate in daily briefings, taking notes on menu changes, special dietary requests, and service expectations.
- Contribute ideas for improving workflow efficiency, waste reduction, and overall kitchen morale.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or equivalent.

- Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen as a Chef, Cook, or Cook Helper is advantageous but not mandatory.
