Introduction

This role is critical to maintaining the health of the company’s loan portfolio by ensuring timely collection of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue). Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all activities are completed within the prescribed timelines.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly credit performance reports to identify high‑risk accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
- Contact delinquent borrowers via phone, SMS, and written correspondence, employing courteous yet firm negotiation techniques to secure payment commitments.
- Develop and propose tailored repayment plans that align with the borrower’s capacity while protecting Adira Finance’s financial interests.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, agreements, and follow‑up actions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the credit approval, underwriting, and legal departments to resolve disputes and initiate legal actions when necessary.
- Prepare and present regular collection performance dashboards to senior management, highlighting key metrics such as recovery rate, aging trends, and cash flow impact.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and consumer protection laws throughout the collection process.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on best practices in debt recovery, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related financial service role (experience is a strong advantage).
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Male gender (as specified by the hiring criteria).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse customers.
- High level of integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and resilience under pressure.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring tools, collection software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
