Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations.

- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions, and generate daily sales reports.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, including regular cleaning of workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and report any shortages to the outlet manager.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth shift transitions and seamless service during peak hours.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, customer service, and safety protocols.
- Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, including shift schedules, overtime requirements, and uniform standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; diploma holders are welcomed.
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast‑food or quick‑service restaurant environment.
- Age between 20‑30 years, though flexible for mature candidates who meet other criteria.
- Residence within Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, or surrounding areas.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as operational demand dictates.
- Strong work ethic, honesty, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Must be a practicing Muslim or respectful of religious practices, reflecting the company’s inclusive culture.
