Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer – Marketing to join our dynamic team in Slawi, Central Java. This role is the frontline of our growth strategy, responsible for promoting our product portfolio to both existing and new customers. The ideal candidate will combine a strong service orientation with the ability to navigate credit processes and distribution channels, ensuring a seamless experience for dealers and end‑users alike.
Working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 16:00, you will be part of a fast‑paced environment where initiative, integrity, and a results‑driven mindset are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and present the company’s product range to existing clients and prospect new customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate and secure orders from distribution channels by conducting initial data collection, verifying customer information, and preparing complete credit applications.
- Track the progress of each credit application, maintain clear communication with dealers and customers, and promptly convey approval or rejection decisions.
- Inform customers of payment terms, due dates, collection locations, and any additional contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with the finance and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate invoicing.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline using CRM tools, providing regular reports on leads, conversions, and market feedback to senior management.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to suggest product enhancements or promotional strategies.
- Participate in periodic sales training, product knowledge sessions, and community outreach events to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (any major) or high school (SMA/SMK) for entry‑level candidates.
- Age not exceeding 29 years; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or credit administration is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C license.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet weekly sales targets.
- Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
