Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and answering any questions about dishes, beverages, and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems, ensuring any dietary restrictions or special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to portion control standards and proper presentation guidelines.
- Monitor table progress, replenish condiments, clear used dishes, and maintain a clean, orderly dining area throughout each shift.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and end‑of‑shift cash reconciliation with precision and honesty.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bussers, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and resolve any guest concerns quickly.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, loyalty programs, and upselling techniques to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs, providing feedback on guest experiences and suggesting improvements.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking of service stations, and occasional deep‑cleaning tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat (high school diploma or equivalent).
- Age between 18 and 30 years.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

- Flexibility to work the designated shift: 10:00 – 20:00, Tuesday through Sunday.
