Introduction
PT. Prima Mining & Transport, a leading player in the natural resources and logistics sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manajer FAT (Finance, Accounting, and Tax) to join its corporate headquarters in Kepanjen, Malang. This senior role is critical for ensuring the financial integrity, tax compliance, and strategic accounting support across our multi‑branch operations, which include mining concessions, transportation fleets, and ancillary services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a solid grounding in economics, accounting, or management, and a proven track record of steering finance teams in complex, regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) department, overseeing daily bookkeeping, month‑end closing, and annual financial reporting for all subsidiaries.
- Develop and enforce internal control policies to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and relevant tax regulations.
- Prepare, review, and present consolidated financial statements to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting key performance indicators and variance analyses.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to facilitate timely audits and tax filings.
- Design and implement budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management processes that support strategic growth initiatives, including new mine development and fleet expansion.
- Provide strategic advice on cost‑control measures, capital investment appraisal, and profitability analysis for mining and transportation projects.
- Mentor and develop a team of accountants, tax specialists, and financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Drive the automation of financial processes through ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and real‑time reporting capabilities.
- Act as the primary decision‑maker for complex financial issues, balancing risk management with business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and legal departments to align financial strategies with operational goals and compliance requirements.
Requirements

- Maximum age: 38 years
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Professional experience: At least 3 years in a managerial finance role, preferably within a multi‑branch organization.
- Industry background: Experience in mining, transportation, or related heavy‑industry sectors is highly preferred.
- Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, corporate tax law, and financial reporting.
- Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, lead cross‑functional teams, and communicate complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders.
- Location flexibility: Willingness to be based in Kepanjen, Malang, with occasional travel to branch sites.
