Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Staff Crew Outlet for our Pleret retail location. This role is ideal for motivated women who are eager to grow within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector and who enjoy direct interaction with shoppers. As a front‑line ambassador of the brand, you will help create a welcoming shopping environment, drive sales, and ensure that every customer leaves with a positive impression of our outlet.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations that match their preferences.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging promotional displays, and ensuring that all merchandise is correctly labeled.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments while adhering to company security procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels throughout the day, report low stock items to the store manager, and assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
- Support the implementation of weekly sales promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Collaborate closely with teammates and supervisors to achieve a cohesive, high‑performing store environment.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify and rectify any safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Utilize the store management system to update sales data, track performance metrics, and contribute to weekly reporting.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 18‑35 years with a polished and professional appearance.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Not currently bound by a non‑compete agreement with another employer.
- Own a motorbike for reliable commute to the outlet.
- Residence in or near the Pleret area is highly preferred.
- Basic proficiency with retail management software and POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
