Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Daily‑Rate Photographer to join our fast‑growing sustainable‑project team. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with a structured schedule that balances on‑site shoots and post‑production work.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of a multidisciplinary crew, helping to capture compelling images for marketing campaigns, social media outreach, client presentations, and documentation of field activities. As a key visual storyteller, you will help convey the impact of our sustainability projects to stakeholders worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras with precision, selecting appropriate lenses, settings, and accessories for each shoot.
- Set up, modify, and control lighting rigs—including softboxes, reflectors, and LED panels—to achieve the desired mood and consistency.
- Direct models, talent, and on‑site personnel, providing clear pose guidance and ensuring comfort throughout the session.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and creative directors to understand visual objectives and incorporate feedback.
- Perform on‑the‑spot image review, making adjustments to exposure, composition, and focus as needed.
- Execute post‑production workflows using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, including color correction, retouching, and batch processing.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries, applying proper metadata, naming conventions, and backup procedures.
- Collaborate with the sustainability team to document project milestones, site conditions, and community engagement activities.
- Stay current with emerging photography trends, equipment, and software updates to continuously improve visual output.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines while working on construction sites, farms, or outdoor locations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Proven ability to operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras; personal portfolio is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for editing and retouching.
- Experience setting up and controlling professional lighting equipment.

- Basic understanding of sustainable practices and the ability to respect ecological constraints during shoots.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional travel to project sites.
