Responsibilities
- Arrange and display bakery products attractively to maximize visual appeal and sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dine‑in area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, prompt service.
- Assist with product knowledge, recommending items and upselling complementary beverages or desserts.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and ensure the register balances at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order flow and minimize waiting times.
- Monitor inventory of consumables (napkins, utensils, condiments) and restock as needed.
- Follow health, safety, and food‑handling regulations to protect both guests and staff.
- Participate in regular shift briefings, providing feedback and suggestions for service improvement.
- Adapt to a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the store’s operating hours.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma (D3) is a plus.
- No age limit; we welcome applicants of all ages who meet the qualifications.
- Prior experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry, preferably as a waitress or front‑of‑house staff.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English; ability to interact politely with diverse customers.
- Friendly, energetic, and quick‑on‑their‑feet personality with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, supporting colleagues during busy periods.
- Willingness to work shift schedules, specifically Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 14:00.
- Basic knowledge of food service, hygiene standards, and safe handling procedures.
- Honesty, reliability, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
