Introduction

Adira Finance, a leading financial services provider in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Surveyor Sales Officer to join our team in Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by promoting our product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the application process, ensuring compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects our brand’s commitment to integrity and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and sell Adira Finance’s suite of financial products to existing clients and new prospects across the designated territory.
  • Identify and secure orders from channel distribution partners, capturing accurate initial data and conducting thorough verification of customer documents.
  • Prepare, review, and submit complete credit applications, ensuring all required paperwork is in order and conforms to regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding status and decisions.
  • Communicate critical information to customers, including repayment due dates, payment locations, and any other pertinent details that affect their financing experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions, sales activities, and documentation within the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—such as underwriting, legal, and collections—to resolve any issues that may arise during the credit approval process.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to recommend improvements to product positioning and sales strategies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on product changes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Travel within the assigned region using a personal vehicle, ensuring coverage of all key client locations and meeting the weekly target of face‑to‑face engagements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 (Associate degree) in any discipline; alternatively, a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) is acceptable for candidates with strong sales potential.
  • Age: maximum 30 years at the time of application.
  • Experience: at least 1 year in a similar sales or credit‑related role is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record of building rapport and trust with customers.
  • Negotiation skills, integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty are essential traits.
  • Possession of a valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM A/C) and a reliable personal vehicle for field work.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
