Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of financial products to both existing and new customers, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
- Identify and secure orders through the company’s distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough documentation.
- Conduct comprehensive credit assessments, verify customer information, and complete all required credit application paperwork.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, maintaining close communication with dealers and customers to relay approval status and any required actions.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms to ensure transparent and smooth loan servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and credit decisions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and regional workshops to stay current on product knowledge and regulatory updates.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving disputes, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in the financial or automotive financing sector (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficiency in using office software (MS Office, CRM tools) and basic data entry.
