We are seeking a passionate Guru Pendamping Mata Pelajaran to join our dynamic educational team. Responsibilities
- Assist classroom teachers in preparing lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities.
- Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group tutoring sessions to reinforce core subjects and address individual learning gaps.
- Monitor and document student progress, offering regular feedback to teachers and parents.
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities that promote creativity, teamwork, and personal growth.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to adapt teaching resources for diverse learning styles.
- Participate actively in pre‑school opening training programs and ongoing professional development workshops.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Support the implementation of school policies related to attendance, discipline, and academic standards.
- Engage with parents during meetings and conferences to discuss student achievements and areas for improvement.
- Utilize basic digital tools and learning platforms to enhance instructional delivery and record‑keeping.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in any field; a degree in Education (PGSD) is highly preferred.
- Age: maximum 35 years.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- Proficiency in English (both active and passive communication).
- Strong affinity for children’s activities, development, and wellbeing.
- Willingness to complete a comprehensive training program before the academic year begins.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with educational software is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to a full‑time schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
