Responsibilities

- Support line operators by transporting components, loading and unloading pallets, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Conduct basic equipment checks, report malfunctions, and help with routine maintenance under supervision.
- Document production data, such as batch numbers, shift logs, and quality observations, to ensure traceability.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve any deviations or non‑conformities.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous‑improvement initiatives, offering suggestions for workflow optimisation.
- Work under pressure during peak periods while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Participate in safety drills, emergency response procedures, and regular training sessions.
- Provide support for packaging, labeling, and final product handling to prepare goods for shipment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
