Responsibilities
- Lift and load glass sheets onto production machines with care to prevent breakage.
- Inspect incoming raw materials, ensuring they meet the company’s quality and safety standards.
- Monitor the production process, adjusting settings as needed to maintain consistent product quality.
- Operate CNC and other glass‑cutting equipment, including starting, running, monitoring, and shutting down machines safely.
- Execute daily production plans and adhere to the company’s operational policies.
- Conduct routine checks on machinery to detect any irregularities or potential failures.
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all safety signage and protective gear are in place.
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow operators to meet production targets and resolve any operational issues.
- Record production data, report defects, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 38 years or younger.
- Physical strength and endurance to handle heavy glass panels regularly.
- Basic proficiency in mathematics for quick calculations related to measurements and cutting dimensions.
- Ability to learn new machine operations rapidly and work with precision.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to follow supervisory instructions.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machining, industrial mechanical maintenance, and glass cutting tools is a plus.
- Effective communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with peers.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
