Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Business Officer to join our dynamic team in the Pacitan area. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a strong desire to build a career in financial services, sales, and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our client base, supporting loan product sales, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery in the field.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new loan customers in accordance with the company’s business plan and sales targets.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of prospective clients, assessing character, creditworthiness, and financial capacity.
- Maintain regular contact with existing partners, monitoring monthly installment payments and addressing any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, explaining product features, terms, and benefits to potential borrowers.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and risk‑management teams to ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
- Report daily and weekly sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the regional manager.
- Participate in community outreach events and financial literacy workshops to promote brand awareness.
- Utilize personal vehicle and a valid SIM C to travel across the Pacitan region, meeting clients at their convenience.
- Adhere to a Monday‑Friday work schedule, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional field visits outside regular hours as needed.
Requirements
- Age: 21‑32 years (maximum 34 years accepted for exceptional candidates).
- Education: Minimum D3/S1 (Associate or Bachelor degree) or equivalent; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered.
- Strong communication skills, honesty, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel extensively within Pacitan.
- Possession of a valid SIM C driver’s license and personal transportation.
- Ability to evaluate financial data, understand basic loan products, and negotiate effectively.
