Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Lapangan Ekspedisi Wilayah Bandung to join our growing logistics team. This full‑time position is based in Bandung and plays a crucial role in building and managing a reliable network of couriers who handle our day‑to‑day shipments across the region. The ideal candidate will be a proactive recruiter with strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of field operations, and the ability to ensure compliance with safety and fraud‑prevention standards.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential couriers using diverse channels such as flyering, social media campaigns, community referrals, and local job fairs.
- Verify candidate qualifications, including a valid driver’s license (SIM), appropriate vehicle registration, and insurance coverage.
- Conduct structured interviews, assess competency, and confirm that all required documentation (identification, vehicle permits, background checks) is complete and up‑to‑date.
- Provide new couriers with comprehensive onboarding, covering job duties, company SOPs, safety protocols, and the proper use of our mobile dispatch application.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics, track courier retention rates, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance workforce stability.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports for the HR department and senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the field operations team to detect, investigate, and resolve any instances of fraud or misconduct reported on the ground.
- Maintain a clear line of communication with couriers, offering guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and performance feedback.
- Ensure adherence to local traffic regulations, company policies, and customer service standards during all delivery activities.
- Participate in weekly coordination meetings (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) to align recruitment targets with operational demand.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, field coordination, or logistics operations.
