Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and coordinate with the back‑office team to place replenishment orders.
- Conduct regular price checks, update pricing tags, and ensure all promotional offers are correctly applied.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, store security checks, and preparation of sales reports.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and store audits to continuously improve service standards.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, especially in high‑traffic areas, to maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Utilize the store’s management system to track sales trends, suggest product placements, and contribute ideas for improving store performance.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
