Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Operator Perakitan M3 – Produksi to join our fast‑growing manufacturing team. This role is focused on operating the outsole sewing machines in our production line, ensuring that each component meets our strict quality standards. Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and operate the outsole sewing machine (Mesin Jahit Outsole) according to production specifications.
- Monitor machine performance, perform routine checks, and conduct basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished outsoles for defects, ensuring alignment, stitch integrity, and dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and company safety protocols.
- Record production data, including output counts, material usage, and any equipment issues, in the daily log.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to implement corrective actions when non‑conformities are identified.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting low stock of raw materials and requesting replenishment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering suggestions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Follow all company health and safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining up‑to‑date vaccination records (minimum two doses).
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific shift).
- Age: 20‑40 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Vaccination: Completed at least two doses of the COVID‑19 vaccine.
- Technical Skill: Proven ability to operate an outsole sewing machine or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Personal Traits: Discipline, strong work ethic, agility, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills for effective coordination with supervisors and teammates.
- Attendance: Availability to work six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
