Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of all store staff, including sales assistants (SPG/SPB) and cashiers, ensuring daily targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the central warehouse to maintain optimal product availability.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by inspecting and refreshing product displays, window signage, and promotional material to reflect seasonal campaigns and new arrivals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers, answering product‑related questions, and guiding them through the DIY bead selection and custom monogramming process.
- Plan and execute in‑store promotional activities, workshops, and community events that increase foot traffic and reinforce brand loyalty.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, providing continuous coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, and safety procedures.
- Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and propose actionable strategies to senior management for improving turnover and average transaction value.
- Handle cash management, daily reconciliation, and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or operational issues promptly, maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery of new stock and manage any out‑of‑city assignments as required by the business.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion accessories, hobby supplies, or custom‑print sectors.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a diverse team and foster a collaborative workplace culture.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English to interact with tourists and international suppliers.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving ability, especially in fast‑moving store settings, and capacity to work under tight deadlines and peak‑season pressure.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Willingness to travel outside Cibinong for training sessions, store openings, or regional events when needed.
- Customer‑service mindset, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, basic Excel reporting, and familiarity with visual merchandising tools.
