Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic team in Klaten as professional kitchen and front‑of‑house staff. This is a full‑time opportunity for both waiters and a cook to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused restaurant environment. The ideal candidates will be motivated, team‑oriented, and eager to deliver exceptional service while growing their hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive table service, greet guests, and take orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets the restaurant’s standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including table settings, floors, and public spaces.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining room before and after service.
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, ovens, and food processors.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and help with stock rotation.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, performing regular sanitation checks.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to manage peak periods efficiently.
  • Participate in daily briefings and contribute ideas for menu improvement or service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Previous experience in a warung lesehan, family‑run restaurant, or similar establishment is preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, diligence, and discipline.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and guests.
  • Not currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program.
  • Basic proficiency in operating kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Excellent customer‑service attitude for front‑of‑house positions.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
