Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Koordinator Administrasi Penjualan to join our dynamic sales support team. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate sales data by entering orders, invoices, and customer information into the company’s ERP system.
- Track inbound and outbound warehouse stock, ensuring that inventory levels are updated in real time.
- Perform unboxing and initial quality checks of newly received stock units, documenting any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to verify order fulfillment and resolve any data‑related issues promptly.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports that highlight key performance indicators such as total sales, returns, and stock turnover.
- Assist in preparing shipment documentation, including packing lists and delivery schedules.
- Provide administrative support during promotional campaigns, ensuring that bonus calculations and sales incentives are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile sales figures with payment receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the proper storage of documents and electronic files.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, suggest process improvements, and stay aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 23 years old or younger and not currently married.
- Gender: Male candidates only, as specified by the hiring policy.
- Preferred fields of study: Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ), Teknologi Elektronika Industri (TEI), Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL), or Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV).
- Computer analysis skills and proficiency with basic office software (MS Excel, Word, and data entry tools).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, with standard hours from 09:00 to 17:00.
