We are seeking a dedicated Listing Officer to join our dynamic team in Balikpapan. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our used‑car buying and selling business, ensuring that all customer and product information is accurately captured, verified, and maintained. As the first point of contact for data entry and verification, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales, marketing, and after‑sales teams, contributing directly to the company’s reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.
The position offers a competitive salary aligned with the regional minimum wage (UMP) and provides a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree (S1) and possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience in administration or data entry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Input and verify registration data for customers, vehicles, and services with high speed and accuracy.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to confirm the correctness of their submitted information.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical archives of all registration documents.
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless registration workflows.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on registration metrics, data quality, and pending actions.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of data entry processes and suggest system enhancements.
- Provide support during peak periods, such as promotional events or end‑of‑month inventory cycles.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in administrative roles, data entry, or customer registration.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning company‑specific software.
- Personal Attributes: High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
