Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic collection of overdue installments based on the data provided by the company.
- Perform on‑site visits to customers’ addresses to follow up on outstanding payments and verify contact information.
- Use multiple communication channels—phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and face‑to‑face meetings—to remind customers of upcoming due dates.
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers, balancing empathy with the company’s collection policies and ensuring agreements are documented correctly.
- Prepare and update daily and weekly collection reports, highlighting recovered amounts, pending cases, and any escalation needs.
- Maintain strict compliance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and industry‑wide ethical collection standards.
- Collaborate with the credit and customer service teams to resolve disputes, correct data inconsistencies, and improve overall collection efficiency.
- Identify patterns of recurring delinquency and provide actionable feedback to management for risk mitigation.
- Ensure personal safety and the security of company assets during field visits, adhering to local regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 33 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, although fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome to apply.
- Own a motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license) for field mobility.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet collection targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with the Bangkalan area and an ability to navigate its neighborhoods efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and data entry.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and respect for customer confidentiality.
