Introduction
Kaosan Cabang Madiun is seeking a dedicated Operator DTF Retail to join our fast‑growing printing division. Located in the vibrant city of Madiun, this role is pivotal in delivering high‑quality Direct‑to‑Film (DTF) prints for a diverse client base, ranging from small businesses to large retail chains. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with a strong work ethic, ensuring that every order meets our rigorous standards for color fidelity, durability, and timeliness.
Responsibilities
- Operate DTF printing machines with precision, setting up jobs according to customer specifications and adjusting parameters to achieve optimal color reproduction.
- Conduct routine preparation, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of equipment, including ink replenishment, print head calibration, and film handling.
- Perform systematic inspections before, during, and after production runs to guarantee consistent machine performance and early detection of potential faults.
- Monitor product quality in real time, using visual checks and measurement tools; initiate corrective actions such as re‑pressing, adjusting temperature, or modifying feed rates to maintain high standards.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental guidelines, ensuring proper ventilation, waste disposal, and use of personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate closely with fellow production staff, material handlers, and the logistics team to synchronize workflow, manage inventory levels, and meet delivery deadlines.
- Compile and submit detailed production reports, including output volume, material consumption, downtime incidents, and any quality deviations.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical or software issues, documenting resolutions and escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements, cost‑saving measures, and innovations in print techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience operating DTF printers or in a comparable manufacturing role.
- Proficient in reading technical specifications, work orders, and safety documentation.
- Strong understanding of DTF machine components, including print head maintenance, film tensioning, and ink management.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting, calibrations, and routine repairs.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills to maintain product consistency.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities; comfortable coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW for preparing print files is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and environmental stewardship.
- Open to all genders; flexible attitude toward shift work (Monday‑Sunday, 09:00‑17:00).
