Responsibilities

- Manage inventory levels, conduct daily stock checks, and report any supply shortages to the shift supervisor.
- Engage with customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow baristas to coordinate orders and maintain efficient workflow.
- Follow health, safety, and food‑handling regulations to guarantee a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Participate in regular training sessions, staying current on new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and industry trends.
- Assist in the development of specialty drinks and seasonal promotions, contributing creative ideas to enhance the menu.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of all ages, with a maximum of 0 years of experience required for fresh graduates.

- Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is preferred but not mandatory.

- Flexibility to work a schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
