Responsibilities

- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Manage paid media budgets, perform A/B testing, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new marketing technologies, sharing insights with the team.
- Lead or assist in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas that boost engagement and lead generation.
- Maintain a fast response cycle for customer inquiries and social media interactions, enhancing brand reputation.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 35 years for leadership‑oriented candidates; 25 years for highly creative, trend‑focused roles.
- Minimum education: SMA / SMK or equivalent.
- Strong motivation, high energy, and a “can‑do” attitude.
- Demonstrated leadership potential or previous experience managing small teams or projects.
- Excellent communication skills, confidence in presenting ideas, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Creative mindset with a solid grasp of current digital trends, tools, and best practices.
- Proven ability to respond quickly and efficiently to market changes and customer inquiries.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, and analytics.
