Introduction
We are seeking a skilled Drafter – Spesialis Penyusunan Gambar Teknis to join our dynamic engineering team in the Aceh region. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings that support our construction and infrastructure projects. This full‑time position offers a Monday‑to‑Saturday work schedule, providing a stable and collaborative environment for professionals eager to contribute to the rapid development of Aceh’s built environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2‑D and 3‑D technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp for civil, architectural, and mechanical projects.
- Interpret architectural and engineering design concepts, translating them into precise construction documents.
- Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and site supervisors to ensure drawings meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Perform regular revisions and updates to drawings based on client feedback, field observations, and design changes.
- Maintain a systematic library of drawing templates, blocks, and standards to promote consistency across all projects.
- Participate in design review meetings, providing technical input and identifying potential constructability issues.
- Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and material take‑off sheets derived from the completed drawings.
- Ensure all drawings are filed correctly in the company’s digital document management system for easy retrieval.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high‑quality output within the stipulated work hours (08:00 – 17:00).
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1‑2 years of professional drafting experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp with a strong portfolio of completed drawings.
- Residency or willingness to work in Langsa, Aceh Tamiang, or Aceh Timur is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills (Keterampilan Komunikasi Berbicara) to effectively interact with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, ability to read and interpret technical specifications, and a solid understanding of local building codes.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
