Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Area Marketing Regional to lead and execute marketing initiatives across multiple territories. Responsibilities

- Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing spend.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design effective customer acquisition funnels and support sales enablement.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and report financial performance to headquarters.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and local market relevance.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects, including product launches, events, and public relations activities.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, sales, or branding roles, preferably within a fast‑paced consumer or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer acquisition tactics.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
- Experience working with targets, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Advanced analytical skills for market and competitor analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and a collaborative mindset.
- Creative problem‑solving abilities, proactive attitude, and resilience under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, and meet tight deadlines.
