We are seeking a reliable and professional Supir Profesional dan Helper Operasional to join our dynamic logistics team. This dual‑role position combines safe vehicle operation with on‑site assistance, ensuring that goods are transported efficiently across Payakumbuh and up to 50 surrounding cities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive driver who also possesses the versatility to support warehouse and distribution tasks, contributing to seamless daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate company‑owned vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
- Plan and execute daily routes covering Payakumbuh and up to 50 neighboring municipalities, optimizing travel time and fuel consumption.
- Load, unload, and secure cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment to prevent damage.
- Assist in warehouse activities such as inventory checks, order picking, and packaging when required.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and ensure the vehicle is kept clean and well‑maintained.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip reports, and hand‑over documentation for each shipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any delivery concerns promptly.
- Support the operations team during peak periods by helping coordinate loading schedules and managing temporary storage areas.
- Collaborate with supervisors to identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and safety.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 45 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Thorough knowledge of the Payakumbuh region and at least 50 surrounding cities.
- Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply; gender is not a restriction.
- Strong physical stamina to handle loading and unloading tasks.
- Excellent time‑management and navigation skills.
