We are seeking a dynamic Sales Properti professional to join our growing team and drive the sales of residential and commercial properties across several key locations in Indonesia, including Semarang, Malang, Bogor, Depok, Serang, and Bali. This role is ideal for a motivated, target‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys interacting with customers both online and offline, and is comfortable leveraging social media platforms to generate leads. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to prospective buyers, guiding them through the property buying journey while upholding the highest standards of integrity and service.
Responsibilities
- Present and promote property products to potential customers via social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, marketplaces) and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Develop and maintain a robust customer database by executing targeted advertising campaigns, open house events, canvassing, and B2B outreach.
- Accompany clients on site visits, providing detailed project information, answering technical questions, and highlighting unique selling points.
- Qualify and nurture leads supplied by the company, converting interest into concrete sales transactions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports, including progress on targets, pipeline status, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may affect property sales.
- Participate in weekly training (Ta’lim) sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor that reflects the company’s values rooted in the Al Qur’an and Sunnah.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in property sales, preferably in residential or commercial segments.
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and online property marketplaces for lead generation.
- Excellent public speaking and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong sales mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Analytical ability to assess property specifications, market demand, and customer needs.
- Flexibility to travel to assigned work locations (Semarang, Malang, Bogor, Depok, Serang, Bali) as required.
