Introduction

The Staf Personalia – Manajemen Administrasi SDM position is a pivotal role within Nula Group, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human‑resource administration and employee development. Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of training programs, ensuring they align with strategic business goals and are delivered efficiently.
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses for both individual employees and departmental units, translating findings into actionable development plans.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve employee development initiatives, including workshops, e‑learning modules, and mentorship schemes.
  • Identify skill gaps across the organization and recommend targeted interventions to enhance workforce competencies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through post‑training assessments, feedback collection, and performance metrics.
  • Create and maintain essential HR documentation such as employment contracts, agreements, warning letters, and archival records in compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Ensure all staff understand and adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and corporate culture.
  • Monitor and assess employee performance, discipline, and developmental needs, providing timely coaching and support.
  • Assist in the revision and updating of SOPs and job descriptions to reflect evolving business processes.
  • Administer and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all employees, generating reports for senior management.
  • Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure HR initiatives complement operational objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities, with proven experience handling HR documentation and records.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Team player mindset, proactive attitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR information systems.
  • Analytical mindset for conducting training needs assessments and KPI analysis.
