Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager and Business Development Specialist to join our fast‑growing hospitality group. This pivotal role will drive brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth for our portfolio of hotels and restaurants across Indonesia. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication (MarComm) strategies that align with corporate objectives and target the hotel and restaurant market segments.
  • Lead the planning, budgeting, and rollout of promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs to maximize occupancy and table turnover.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads, support business development initiatives, and close partnership deals with travel agencies, event planners, and corporate clients.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for digital channels, including social media, email newsletters, website updates, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and brand sentiment, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media outlets to ensure consistent brand messaging and cost‑effective execution.
  • Mentor and coach junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of creativity, data‑driven decision making, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with operations, culinary, and guest experience teams to ensure promotional activities translate into exceptional on‑site experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations and brand standards in all marketing materials and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality is a strong advantage.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in MarComm and promotion within the hotel or restaurant industry.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative mindset capable of generating fresh ideas that resonate with diverse customer segments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for events or campaigns.
