Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of internet packages—including broadband, fiber optic, and 4G/5G—to new prospects and existing customers.
- Assess client needs through consultative dialogues and design customized internet solutions that align with individual or corporate requirements.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to clearly articulate features, benefits, and competitive advantages of each service tier.
- Conduct educational sessions—both in‑person and virtually—to help customers understand how our services can improve their daily operations or lifestyle.
- Generate and qualify leads using multiple channels such as cold calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, industry events, and door‑to‑door visits.
- Employ persuasive communication and negotiation techniques to convert prospects into satisfied subscribers.
- Collaborate with the technical support and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
- Track sales performance metrics, update CRM databases, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 32 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Entry‑level candidates (0+ years) are welcome; prior sales or telecom experience is a plus.
- Core skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, persuasive negotiation, and customer‑centric mindset.
- Technical aptitude: Basic understanding of database administration and networking concepts to discuss service specifications confidently.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM software, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms for lead generation.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous for corporate clients.
