PT. Cilegon Solutions is seeking an energetic Officer Marketing & Verification to join our expanding team in Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. This role is a pivotal bridge between our company, dealers, and end‑customers, focusing on the promotion and verification of a diverse portfolio of products. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with dealers and customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales for multiple product lines, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct thorough feasibility analyses and on‑site surveys to assess the suitability of prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal product, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after‑sales support.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales pipelines, and market trends to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities within the dealer network and propose strategic initiatives to expand market reach.
- Participate in regional marketing events, trade shows, and dealer training sessions to promote brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, documenting all customer interactions and verification outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or D3/S1) from any field of study.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Male candidates only, as per the current operational requirement.
- Preferably 0‑2 years of experience in sales or marketing, with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to convey product value clearly.
- Dynamic, self‑motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle, a SIM C driving license, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate customer eligibility and product feasibility.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
