We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pelayan (Server) candidates to join our growing team at the Takengon branch. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and monitoring the overall ambience.
  • Assist in preparing simple beverages and snacks when required, following hygiene and safety standards.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts while adhering to company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and management to resolve any guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor stock levels of tableware, napkins, and condiments, and report any shortages to the supervisor.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on service etiquette, menu knowledge, and food safety regulations.
  • Uphold the establishment’s standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and Islamic values throughout the workday.
  • Contribute ideas for improving service flow, guest satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age between 17 and 28 years old.
  • Open to all genders; candidates must identify with the Islamic faith.
  • Zero or more years of prior experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated discipline, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language abilities are a plus).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic food and beverage service skills; willingness to learn advanced techniques.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
