Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, common rooms, and office spaces.
- Maintain the tidiness and orderliness of workstations, corridors, and reception areas, ensuring all surfaces are free of dust, debris, and stains.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely, such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers, following manufacturer guidelines.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and promptly request replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Report any maintenance issues, broken fixtures, or safety hazards to the supervisor for timely resolution.
- Adhere to the company’s health, safety, and environmental policies, including proper handling of chemicals and waste segregation.
- Assist with periodic deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor polishing.
- Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure seamless coordination during special events or peak periods.
- Maintain accurate cleaning logs and daily checklists to document completed tasks and any observations.
- Provide courteous service to staff and visitors, responding promptly to cleaning requests or concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA), Vocational High School (SMK), or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- Prior experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is a strong advantage, though fresh graduates are welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and maintain consistency.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safe handling, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to understand and follow written instructions.
- Commitment to punctuality, with a willingness to work the scheduled shift of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
