We are seeking a dedicated Pengajar Matematika to join our growing team of educators serving students in the Cimalaka region and surrounding branches. This role is ideal for recent graduates or experienced teachers who are passionate about fostering mathematical understanding at both the junior high (SMP) and senior high (SMA) levels. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for SMP and SMA classes, aligning with the national curriculum and local standards.
- Develop customized lesson plans, instructional materials, and interactive activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and examinations, providing timely feedback and remedial support when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and classroom performance using our digital learning management system.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum specialists, and administrative staff to continuously improve instructional strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievement, classroom behavior, and upcoming events.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Adapt teaching schedules to accommodate flexible afternoon sessions and occasional weekend activities.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and loyalty to the institution’s mission and values.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 in Mathematics, Education, or a related linear field.
- Ability to teach both junior high (SMP) and senior high (SMA) mathematics curricula.
- Strong command of mathematical concepts, problem‑solving techniques, and modern pedagogical methods.
- Flexible availability for afternoon tutoring sessions and willingness to work Monday through Saturday (08:00‑17:00).
- Demonstrated responsibility, high loyalty, and a commitment to student success.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with a clear passion for education are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to be placed at any of our branches: Sumedang, Cimalaka, or Situarja.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools and basic computer skills.
