Introduction
We are actively seeking motivated individuals for the role of Field Agent (Penagihan/Kolektor Lapangan) covering the Ogan Komering Ilir region. As a frontline representative of our financial services group, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining healthy cash flow by engaging directly with customers who are behind on their loan installments. Responsibilities
- Visit customers’ residences to conduct face‑to‑face collection activities, ensuring respectful and professional communication.
- Achieve monthly collection targets set by the regional manager, contributing to the overall financial performance of the branch.
- Meet daily visit quotas, planning routes efficiently using a personal motorcycle and navigation tools.
- Follow established collection procedures, documenting each interaction in the company’s CRM system and reporting any disputes or escalations.
- Negotiate payment plans, offering flexible solutions while adhering to company policy and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify early warning signs of delinquency and provide feedback to the credit risk team for proactive intervention.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s brand image during all field interactions.
- Collaborate with fellow field agents and supervisors to share best practices and improve collection strategies.
- Continuously update knowledge of product offerings, legal collection frameworks, and consumer protection regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent (Package C).
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Valid and active motorcycle license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorcycle.
- Smartphone running Android 8 or higher for mobile app usage and GPS tracking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy.
- Basic numeracy and record‑keeping abilities; familiarity with spreadsheets is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently in the field.
- Preferred: Minimum 2 years experience in field collections or related customer‑facing roles; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Physical fitness to travel extensively across the Ogan Komering Ilir area, often in varying weather conditions.
