We are looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Anggota Tim Toko (Store Team) on a full‑time basis. As a member of the outlet‑partner team, you will be the face of Home Credit at partner locations—both street‑level shops and malls—helping customers complete their purchases through convenient financing solutions. Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit payment products to customers visiting partner outlets.
- Demonstrate product features and financing options, guiding customers through the application and approval process.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to capture customer data, process transactions, and update sales records in real time.
- Create and manage engaging social‑media content that highlights financing benefits, seasonal promotions, and success stories.
- Provide courteous, step‑by‑step assistance during the payment process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to completion.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales station that reflects the Home Credit brand standards.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and fellow Home Credit teammates to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to help refine product positioning.
- Attend regular training sessions, product briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior retail or financial services experience are preferred.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, ideally in sales, customer service, or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones and basic digital tools (messaging apps, photo capture, mobile browsers).
- Demonstrated ability to use social‑media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for promotional activities.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a willingness to be stationed at partner outlets across street‑level and mall locations.
- Key soft skills: problem‑solving, adaptability, teamwork, and a results‑driven mindset.
