This entry‑level position offers a solid foundation in the hospitality industry, providing hands‑on experience in food service, customer interaction, and operational support. Candidates will work closely with seasoned supervisors and managers to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service in a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, serve, and replenish food and beverage items according to company standards and health‑safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, dining tables, and kitchen workstations throughout each shift.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation, and proper storage of perishable goods to minimize waste.
- Handle cash registers and point‑of‑sale systems accurately, processing orders and payments while adhering to cash‑handling procedures.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to guests, addressing questions or concerns with a solution‑focused attitude.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to coordinate shift activities, ensuring smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and emergency procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions and briefings to stay up‑to‑date on menu changes, service standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational background: Open to all levels of formal education.
- Age: No maximum age limit; we value experience and attitude over age.

- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for handling orders and cash transactions.
- Ability to work a full schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.

- Team‑player with the flexibility to adapt to fast‑paced environments.
- Familiarity with a store management system or willingness to learn quickly.
