Introduction

Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, input them into the POS system, and relay special requests to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, adhering to proper plating and presentation standards.
- Monitor table conditions, refill drinks, clear used dishes, and maintain a clean dining area throughout service.
- Handle payment transactions, issue receipts, and ensure accurate billing.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate smooth service flow.
- Maintain an organized workstation, including polishing cutlery, arranging table settings, and restocking service stations.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints on the spot, and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefings to share feedback and continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years (flexible based on candidate’s suitability).
- Gender: Open to all genders; the role is assigned based on the position applied for.
- Experience: No prior experience required, though any background in F&B service is considered a strong advantage.
- Professional appearance and personal hygiene must be consistently maintained.
- Core attributes: honesty, discipline, responsibility, and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language abilities are a plus).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage handling, including safe serving practices.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
