Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new individual and group loan customers in line with the company’s business plan and sales targets.
- Conduct thorough assessments of prospective borrowers, evaluating character, creditworthiness, and financial capacity.
- Maintain weekly monitoring of loan repayments, ensuring timely collection and addressing any delinquencies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with community leaders, partner organizations, and existing clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Prepare accurate field reports and update the CRM system with prospect and client data.
- Collaborate with internal credit and risk teams to ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in community outreach events and financial literacy workshops to promote responsible borrowing.
- Provide on‑site support to borrowers, guiding them through loan documentation and repayment schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and contribute ideas for improving product offerings.
- Travel within the assigned territory using a personal vehicle, adhering to a schedule of Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Open to candidates of any gender and age, with no upper age limit.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities; honesty, discipline, and meticulousness are essential.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with clients.
- Valid Indonesian SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a personal motorbike or car.
- Quick adaptability, basic sales administration skills, and a customer‑focused mindset.
