Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Konsultan Assurance Pos Perusahaan to join our growing team. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, allowing for a balanced work‑life routine while still delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and assurance reviews for corporate clients, focusing on financial and operational processes.
  • Develop and present detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and actionable improvement plans.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify cross‑selling opportunities and support the acquisition of new corporate accounts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, timely follow‑up, and responsive problem‑solving.
  • Analyze client financial statements, insurance needs, and risk exposures to propose tailored insurance solutions.
  • Facilitate negotiation sessions between clients and insurance providers to secure optimal terms and coverage.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry regulations, emerging risks, and market trends to provide informed advisory services.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and certification programs to continuously improve technical and soft skills.
  • Support the development of internal policies and procedures that enhance the quality and efficiency of assurance services.
  • Contribute to team targets by achieving personal sales quotas and assisting peers in meeting collective goals.

Requirements

  • Age between 20 and 35 years.
  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in insurance, banking, or sales environments.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with experience in financial analysis, risk assessment, and need‑based financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Professional appearance and a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Demonstrated interest in a career in sales and a commitment to long‑term growth within the organization.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office, Excel) and familiarity with CRM or audit management tools is a plus.
