Responsibilities
- Conduct regular surveys and on‑site visits to pharmacies, drug outlets, and physicians within the assigned Balikpapan territory.
- Present product information, demonstrate usage, and effectively communicate the clinical benefits of our medical portfolio.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Execute promotional campaigns, attend local health‑care events, and support product launches.
- Manage the designated coverage area professionally, tracking sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly reports on visit outcomes, order status, and forecasted demand.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, logistics, and customer service—to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations governing pharmaceutical promotion.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; D3/S1 in any field is highly preferred.
- Open to fresh graduates—no prior experience required, although a passion for sales and healthcare is essential.
- Must possess a personal motorbike and a valid SIM C driving license for efficient territory coverage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex medical information clearly.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities; proven capability to build rapport quickly.
- Resilience under pressure and a results‑driven mindset; willingness to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional after‑hours visits as needed.
